Information regarding the terms andconditions of the BYD Shark Month Sale ("Promotion") is as follows. Purchase through this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of purchase. The Promotor ("Promoter") is, Ironman 4x4 Pty Ltd. (ABN: 75 005 327 882) of 2-8 Bessemer Drive Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. The promotion will be open from 8th of March 2025, 7am AEDT to 8th of April 2025 5pm AWST. The offer in the promotion is non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). This promotion is subject to availability, and rainchecks will not be issued.

The Promotion Advertised is as follows 20% off the recommended retail price of Ironman 4x4 Suspension and GVM Products to suit the BYD Shark, 10% off the recommended retail price of Ironman 4x4 vehicle accessories to suit the BYD Shark and an Ironpack to suit BYD Shark for $10,499.00 AUD (inclusive of GST), consisting of the following Ironman 4x4 product to suit the BYD Shark (RAID Bar and Lights Kit, Suspension, Side Steps, RAID roof rack, labour for fitment and wheel alignment).

The Promotion is only valid with fitting being conducted by the participating store, supply only will not be covered in this promotion. Unless otherwise listed above, the Promotional advertised price does not include engineering fees, freight, fitting, colour coding, or additional consumables costs. The promotion excludes products not listed above in the Ironman 4x4 range and excludes any other branded products in store. The promotion is limited to participating stores that have opted into the promotion and accept the Promotional price and terms and conditions. This promotion is not in conjunction with any other promotion.
